Description
This is some of the most dimensionally stable solid wood flooring in the world. Because this solid hardwood flooring is made with Quarter Sawn White Oak, and it is cut to a 3/8″ thickness, and a 2″ width, it will inherently maintain it’s original thickness and width better than nearly any other solid wood flooring material available.
Each solid quarter sawn white oak plank features tongue and groove milling on the sides. This flooring is 3/8 inch thick, 2 inches wide, and is Select Grade Quarter Sawn White Oak. The boards will range from 1 to 7 feet in length, giving you a nice, long average length.
Quarter Sawn White Oak is characterized by it’s unique “fleck” grain pattern, displaying the nearly iridescent growth rings that only White Oak displays so beautifully when cut in this way. Because this beautiful flooring is so dimensionally stable, it is a great choice for use over radiant heat!
