Southern Charm is an engineered collection of 9/16″ x 9 1/2″ Oak hardwoods. These floors offer longer boards with random lengths from 18″ – 83″. The wirebrushed surface texture provides visual appeal and helps to hide daily wear and tear. Chesapeake provides a 3mm wear layer and a 27 year residential and 5 year light commercial warranty.
